Awake at Work is a customized stress reduction program that is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s 8 week program MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. It is designed to provide your employees with the skills they need to thrive in times of uncertainty. It is taught on site and can be expanded to include topics such as conflict resolution and negotiation skills. We can also meet with people on an individual basis to provide them with concrete tools to deal with stressful situations or life transitions.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your awareness to your experience in the present moment without judgment. In cultivating this practice you get in touch with your innate wisdom and insight. Thus you develop the capacity to resolve the difficulties that you face with new skills and from a fresh vantage point.
